George has 18 years of experience in valuation and real estate consulting services. Prior joining C&W Proprius he served as head of V&A in Savills. He is a Surveying Engineer of AUTh, holds an MSc in Property, while he is a Certified Appraiser of the Ministry of Finance and a member of RICS. He has participated in the valuation of some of the largest portfolios and individual properties in the country. George has strong financial modelling experience having developed complex models for the valuation of a wide range of real assets.
