His ability to identify optimum retail locations and to negotiate cost-effective leases has enabled a host of national and international retailers such as Inditex Group, H&M, Blanco, Footlocker, M&S, to expand in Greece. Panagiotis joined Cushman at 2003 and he holds additional eight years experience in other real estate firms. Among Panagioti’s most valuable assets is his relationship with major national owners and developers. His relationships among other factors enable him to expediantly conclude favorable transactions on behalf of his clients. He has been actively involved in the leasing of the main shopping centres in Greece among which The Mall, Mediterranean Cosmos, Village Park and Polus shopping centre in Romania.
